Im redecorating my home and i was thinking about getting silk sheets, Ive used basic cotton sheets all my life and i wanted to try somthing new but i dont want to spend all that money on silk and then find them uncomfortable. So tell me does silk realy live up to its expectations?

Well I’m a single guy that just bought a king size bed. Now its time for me to get a good bedding set for my new bed. I was looking on Ebay, and I guess I can check out Wal-Mart too. But is there any preference for girls? I plan to bring some girls back home when I go to the bars and clubs and would like to make the experience more enjoyable for them. Like satin or silk, do they like that? And if I did get something like that, would that make me look gay for being a single guy? Just looking for some help for my situation. Thanks!

Preferably purple, but i’m willing to change that!!! I just need a silk or silk-like comforter. I’ve already checked target, linens n things and bed bath and beyond. I DONT want a "coverlet" i could do with a duvet… i dont want a quilt or coverlet though. i want a thick nice silk or silky comforter.

I’m a 25 yr old female and for some time have been thinking about getting some new bedding.. something that would go with anything if i decided to change other decorations in the room..Does anyone like this bedding is it age appropriate? Suggestions would be great thanks:)

I’m looking for soft sheets for my new queen size bed, my parents have silk sheets which are awesome but their too expensive. About 2 days ago a friend of mine told me that there are cheaper sheets out there that are soft and have a silk feeling, so I’ve been looking on-line to see prices but they have so many different thread counts and cotton types. Does anyone know which sheets, non silk, are soft and have a silk feeling? Cotton types and thread count would really help, so far I see that the higher the number of thread the more expensive so maybe their softer but I don’t know.

I find that satin is cheaper than silk haha but I’m not sure if it is as effective as the silk pillow in keeping my hair tidy when I wake up…
