What would you think if for Christmas you got handmade jewelry?
I am a usually broke teenager who wants to save money. I can make my own jewelry out of wire, silk string, and beads. I can make pretty much anything. Would jewelry be a good gift? Not anything cheap: I would use vintage beads, Czech glass and Swarovski crystals.
Would that be a bad gift or something you wouldn’t want? I’m asking so I can determine whether or not to make that for gifts for all my (girl) friends this year.
I personally consider handmade gifts WAY better then store bought ones, just because of the thought behind it. You make them specifically for the person in mind and I just think its so much nicer than just buying something at the store, unless you don’t have the talent to make something.
Jewelry in my opinion is always a great gift and those beads you have mentioned are very nice. You can personalize them to your friends and I bet they would really like them.

I would honestly love it. Gifts are have much more meaning and thought put in to them if they are actually made by you, other than just going to the mall and buying something. Hope your friends like those gifts, I’m sure I would

i think its a really cute idea. just make sure theyre not going over the top for you so theyre not giving you like 10 gifts and you only have a little bracelet. communication is key
