My mom bought all the flowers i needed for my bouquets for my wedding from a store that was going out of business and got them really cheap but all they had was white so she got some of the color spray to spray them. But we did my cousins flowers blue like that and my bouquet faded back to white.. so do you have to seal them so they wont fade back???

Making my own flowers for my wedding wanting silk ones. The ones I have found seem to be so expensive though.

I have found a couple good sites online but don’t want to end up with cheap looking flowers that i have paid a fortune for. Any suggestions?

I live in Maryland and am looking for a supplier of high quality "silk" flowers. They must look as real as possible and have a nice hand. I sell upscale hair flowers and mini hats for weddings and the quality of flower of that I’m able to find around here is horrible. Michael’s, A C Moore, Joanne Fabrics..they quality just isn’t there. Does anyone know of a really good quality supplier? Any help would be appreciated.

In fact I have two. One is a 50′s style kitsch red and white dress. (White with red roses), and it’s all flowy and full skirted. I have some vintage 50′s shoes I can wear with this one, which looks quite nice. BUT THEN, there is the other dress, which is shorter (above knees) and is a babydoll dress with silk and it’s a pinkish with retro styled turquoise and brown outlinings of flowers (nicer than it sounds…) I am having a dilemma choosing which, but MORE importantly, am fussing over my makeup for either of these dresses.
ANY help would be appreciated!
